Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order arrives.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in original condition;
• in its original packaging; and
• complete with any certificates, edition documents, tags, or accessories supplied with the order.

Limited edition prints and artworks must be returned complete and undamaged, including any certificate of authenticity or edition documentation supplied with the work. Please use the original protective packaging wherever possible.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zoolane.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, so that we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@zoolane.co.uk before sending it back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
